About Our League
PCYSA provides organized soccer on the recreational and competitive level to 350-400 local youths in both the spring and fall seasons. We are an all-volunteer not-for-profit organization governed by a board of club officers according to our by-laws.
For tax-deductible purposes, Putnam County Youth Soccer Association, Incorporated operates as a 501(c)3 approved non-profit organization under the IRS Group Ruling for Indiana Soccer. Our Federal EIN is: 46-0893070, under Group Exemption Number 5283 for the Indiana Youth Soccer Association (whose own EIN is: 35-1845779).
We welcome your contributions to our projects as a volunteer, a coach, a referee, or a board member. If you are interested in volunteering, please click on the VOLUNTEER button on the Top Menu. Our registration fees are lower than most clubs because we are an all-volunteer league. For more information about our fees, please click on the appropriate program in the drop down menu under PROGRAMS & LEAGUES. Here is where your registration fees go:
PCYSA was founded in 1986 and early matches were played in a meadow southwest of town on the road to Limedale, but moved east to Big Walnut Sports Park after that land was gifted to local youth leagues for field development in 1988.
